At PRLIVE SHOP, operated by PR RESEARCH MARKET ANALYZER PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure a seamless and transparent shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

  1. By the Customer: You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped by the seller, whichever is earlier. Once an item is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. By the Company: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, inaccuracies in product pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We offer a 7-day window for initiating returns or replacements from the date the product is delivered. To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
  2. It must be kept in its original packaging with all barcodes, tags, user manuals, and warranty cards intact.
  3. Returns or replacements are strictly limited to cases where the product is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what was ordered (wrong size/color/item).
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as personal care items, cosmetics, innerwear, and perishable goods are strictly non-returnable once delivered.

3. The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once our logistics team picks up the item and returns it to the seller's fulfillment center, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  2. Approval: We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your return based on the physical condition of the item.
  3. Timeline: If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.
  4. For prepaid orders, the amount will credit back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 7 to 10 working days.
  5. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited directly to the validated Bank Account provided in your user profile dashboard within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, PRLIVE SHOP will bear the return shipping charges.
  2. In cases where a return is permitted for reasons other than product defects (e.g., localized exchange preferences), a nominal reverse-logistics fee may be deducted from the final refund amount.
